ToTe courseIn the period 13-15.01.2026 there was conducted an online Training for Trainers, as part of the CAREdiZO project. At least two trainers by project country and all partners took actively part in it. The aim of the workshop was to:

  • Present and consolidate the findings of the research
  • Transfer lessons learned from the co-creation workshops and living labsPresent the educational materials developed
  • Prepare the trainers for the up-coming training
  • Explore concrete strategies to engage micro-enterprises, micro-CSOs and employees (men and women);
  • Reinforce the advocacy dimension of the project.

The training started with discussion of the research data and connecting it with the training methodology. Very valuable was the sharing of experience from the co-creation workshops and living labs that took place earlier last year.
ToTA key task was introducing the trainers with the educational materials that were developed by the project. They had the opportunity to first test the core of it - the Serious Game for Directors/HR Staff, Serious Game targeting men’s motivation to take the role of carer, and the E-course. Overall great satisfaction and very good prospective of applying in practice of the educational materials was expressed by the participants.
Next steps of the partnership based on the feedbacks from trainers is to refine the training resources and prepare for the training
